| This is my simple little program that removes the delay between attacks.
The game has no Anti-Cheat, But you could easily get reported using this.
This has been detected and will probably get you banned. Use on a F2P account only.
Features: - Remove delay between attacks - NoClip
- Attachments
- DCUO No Attack Delay - Patch 10.0.zip
- You don't have permission to download attachments.

| Cool, thanx, but now when I try to open the .exe a error pops up. "The program can't start because MSVCP100D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." | |

hmm.. Search Google and download that DLL and put it in whatever windows folder the readme says should fix it. If that doesn't work, I'll remake it in another language real quick. | |

| I'm already hearing reports that people are using this in PVP. People, if you want this to stick around for a while, STOP USING IT IN PVP!!! The more people complain about this, the faster the devs will close up the hole that allows it. Be smart about this and don't use it against other people. | |

| I've even seen people using it in the watchtower. THE WATCHTOWER ffs. Seriously the quickest way to get reported besides using it in pvp.

| I passed it out amongst my league of course. We used the old macro exploit. Me and the other leader of the league both have a strict policy of "if you use any exploit in public places, open world, or pvp...We will politely remove you from our ranks." The only place we use it is in the Raids, challenges, Duos, and Alerts.
Thats what everyone needs to do. Why people can't do pvp fair is beyond me. | |

That's just someone that is using the cheat engine speedhack thing. It puts you way out of sync with the server for a bit, Which makes you invisible to players, And because they don't see you in the correct spot, When they try to hit you, you aren't there so they do no damage. This wont make you invincible in PVE. | |

| When a person is speed hacking it puts you out of sync with the servers, but if you happen to find they're last know location and attack the ghost of them then it flinches like if you were to attack them normally but with no damage ticks. This guy has none of that and even decides to block. Out of sync toons don't start blocking. At best they look like they're running. | |

| while this certainly ruin pvp, it does makes the daily grinds ALOT less painful to go through.
if only you can figure out a way to disable it while in pvp...that would be AMAZING
p.s. the guy in that video should have at least got hard stun cause he was getting hit with block breaker. | |
